2. Purpose & Scope of Application
This website aims to provide comprehensive information about the traditional culinary offer, history, dining halls, menus, and heritage of El Señorío de Sulco, as well as to facilitate customer contact, table reservations, orders, and newsletter subscriptions. By browsing or using our web services, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Legal Capacity & Age Requirement (Peruvian Law No. 28681)
Platform use is intended for individuals with full legal capacity under the Peruvian Civil Code. Because our gastronomic proposal includes pairing menus, traditional cocktails, and alcoholic beverages, and in strict compliance with Peruvian Law No. 28681 (Regulating the sale, consumption, and advertising of alcoholic beverages), bar promotions and reservations involving alcoholic beverages are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and older. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
4. Reservations, Grace Period & Spaces Policy
Table reservations requested via digital channels are subject to the following rules: (a) Booking confirmation is subject to table availability and will be communicated via email or WhatsApp; (b) A 15-minute grace period is granted from the agreed time, after which the table may be released for other guests; (c) Group bookings or requests for specific dining areas (Main Dining Hall, Puka Hall, or Oceanfront Terrace) may require advance confirmation, deposit, or minimum spend depending on date and capacity.
5. Prices, Menus & Electronic Invoicing (SUNAT)
All prices shown in our digital and printed menus are in Peruvian Soles (S/.) and include the General Sales Tax (IGV 18%) and statutory surcharges. In accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT), electronic sales receipts (Boleta de Venta or Factura Electrónica) are issued upon request. El Señorío de Sulco reserves the right to update menus and ingredients according to seasonality, market freshness, and availability.
6. Dietary Information, Allergies & Intolerances
For the safety and health of our guests, diners are required to inform our service staff of any food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction (such as shellfish, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) prior to ordering. The restaurant takes high precautions in kitchen preparation but cannot be held liable for omissions not disclosed by the guest.
7. Intellectual & Industrial Property (INDECOPI)
All distinctive trademarks, trade names ('El Señorío de Sulco'), slogans, logos, photographs, audiovisual media, graphic design, source code, recipes, culinary literature, and research led by Isabel Álvarez and chef Flavio Solórzano are exclusive property of El Señorio de Sulco eirl or used with proper authorization, protected under Peruvian Copyright Law (Legislative Decree No. 822) and Industrial Property Law (Legislative Decree No. 1075). Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited.
8. Complaints Book (Law No. 29571 & Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM)
Under the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 29571) and Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM), El Señorío de Sulco provides customers with a Virtual Complaints Book accessible via the link in our website footer (reclamaciones.senoriodesulco.com), as well as a physical book on premises. Any complaint or claim will be answered within a maximum of fifteen (15) non-extendable business days.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of the Judicial District of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to consumer protection rights enforceable before INDECOPI.
